Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Job Cost Pro account and all your data at any time. This page explains how — no login required to start the process.
Fastest method (in-app)
- Sign in at jobcostpro.online/login
- Go to Settings → Security
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Your account and all data are queued for permanent deletion immediately. The full purge completes within 30 days.

If you've lost access to your account, send an email from the address you registered with — or include enough information for us to verify ownership.

What gets deleted
- Your profile (email, name, password hash, settings)
- All projects, expenses, and budgets
- All receipt images and extracted receipt data
- All invoices, client records, and shared links
- All location history, clock-in/out events, and mileage records
- All AI chat history and project briefings
- Team members tied to your account (their accounts are detached, not deleted)
- Stripe customer record and saved payment methods
What is retained
We retain a small amount of information after deletion for legal and accounting reasons:
- Billing records (invoice metadata, charge IDs, tax records) — required by US tax law for up to 7 years.
- Anonymized aggregate analytics — usage counts not tied to any individual.
- Records required by court order or fraud investigation, where applicable.
All retained records are stripped of personal identifiers wherever possible.
Have an active paid subscription?
Deleting your account does not automatically refund any paid period. Your subscription is cancelled at deletion, but the current billing period is non-refundable per our Refund Policy. Cancel first if you want to keep using paid features through the end of the period before deletion.
