Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Job Cost Pro (“the Service”), operated by Salvation Home Remodeling LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Job Cost Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Job Cost Pro is a web-based job costing and receipt tracking platform for contractors. The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from receipt images, organize costs by project, track expenses, and generate reports. The Service is provided as a progressive web application (PWA) accessible via web browser.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Job Cost Pro offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Contractor, Business). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, in US dollars, plus any applicable sales tax. Paid plans automatically renew at the displayed price for the same interval until you cancel. By starting a paid plan you authorize us, through our payment processor (Stripe), to charge your payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice to your registered email address. Pricing changes take effect at your next renewal.

5. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract data from receipt images and provide cost analysis. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all extracted data before relying on it for financial, tax, or business decisions.

We are not an accounting firm, tax advisor, or financial institution. The Service is a data organization tool — not a substitute for professional financial advice.

6. Your Data

You own your data. All receipts, images, expenses, project information, and other data you upload or create belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features (CSV, spreadsheet, project completion ZIP). If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Exceed your plan’s usage limits through artificial means

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Security, by visiting our account deletion page, or by emailing chris@jobcostpro.online. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
