How plans, cancellations and billing work. All sales are final, except a double charge or a renewal charge for a plan you had already cancelled before the renewal date (website purchases; tell us within 30 days). Bought on our website before October 22, 2026? Older refund terms may apply.

Permanently remove your account and your data (some records are kept; see section 9 of the Privacy Policy). It cancels a website plan (unused credit and pack bids are lost), but not an iPhone app subscription: cancel that in iPhone Settings first.
