Yes — on Pro and up, export a clean CSV or QuickBooks-formatted file whenever you need it. Every plan gets the tax package ZIP (one a year on Free): your year-end P&L, 1099 summary, categorized expenses, and a list of every receipt.

Your receipts and job data are stored on encrypted servers in the US. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. The AI providers we send your receipts to do not train on them. You can delete your account at any time. Crew location gets the same respect: GPS clock-in asks the worker first and runs only with their consent, and location older than 90 days is deleted automatically. Built so your crew actually says yes.

Yes. Free gives you 3 crew seats for clocking in and My Pay, Pro gives you 10 full seats, and Contractor has no seat limit at all. Crew get a simplified view — clock in, log expenses, submit receipts. On Contractor you can group them into crews with a lead, and you see everything on your dashboard.

Voice capture. Tap the mic and say "Eighty dollars, drywall, the Henderson job." AI transcribes and categorizes it. Voice works in browsers with speech input, like Chrome and Safari, and in the iPhone app on version 1.0.8 or newer. Or take a photo — AI reads the receipt.

Yes. Log a trip in a few taps — start, end, and miles. The IRS-rate deduction is calculated automatically and included in your tax package.

Lunch is never deducted by default. There are three ways to record it — the worker taps Lunch on the clock (the main way), someone types the minutes on the edit-hours form if a tap is missed, or the crew lead declares the whole crew’s lunch for the day: 30, 45, or 60 minutes, or none. Payroll subtracts the recorded lunch from hours before overtime is figured. No answer for a day means no deduction, and any day already on a paycheck is locked until you void it. Overtime itself is off by default (flat pay); turn on weekly overtime with your own threshold in payroll settings.

Yes. Set a team member’s pay model to day rate and they earn a fixed amount per worked day. Each day waits for your approval before it pays, and paid days are locked so the same day can never pay out twice.

Yes. Add or correct an hourly worker's shift from the Team page, or tap the edit button on a clock entry. You can fix one person's lunch for one day too. Overlapping hours are refused so the same time can never pay twice, and a day already on a paycheck stays locked until you void it.

They can ask. A worker taps Fix on a day in their portal, says what happened and proposes the times; it lands under Needs attention on your Team page and in Needs you. You see recorded vs. asked-for and the pay change, then Approve, Change it, or Decline — they get a text either way, and a paid day can never change under you.

Team → Payroll shows the period total and a Pay button per person; Run payroll checks for blockers first (lunch not declared, a day not approved), then records everyone’s pay with lines on each stub (the app moves no money). Labor by job turns hours on the clock into labor on each job, against a labor budget you set — and shows the hours nobody put on a job so you can assign them.
