Does JobCost Pro sync with QuickBooks like Knowify?
On the Pro plan, JobCost Pro exports categorized CSV/IIF files your accountant imports directly — projects, categories, vendors, and amounts mapped. Knowify's live two-way QuickBooks sync is deeper; if that sync is your central requirement, that's a genuine Knowify advantage.
I bill commercial GCs with AIA-style paperwork. Should I switch?
Probably not — progress invoicing against a schedule of values is Knowify's home turf. JobCost Pro invoicing is built for residential and service work: invoices with your bank or check details (sent by email on Pro, with your logo), payments recorded against the job, done. Honest answer.
