A time clock your crew uses at the job site
Each worker clocks in from their own phone when they get to the job. Their hours land on that job the same day, not at the end of the month.
Clock in at the job, not from the truck
When a worker gets to a job site, their phone asks them to clock in with one tap. That prompt is on every plan, including the free one.
Location tracking for your crew is on by default: their phones check their location against your jobsites and supply stores, also outside work hours, and the app records those visits. You can turn it off in Settings, and then your crew clocks in by hand. On each phone, location works only if the worker allows location access.
Workers can also clock in and out from their crew screen. When the phone has a location and the job has a site pin, each clock-in saves how far the worker was from the job. If you set a job to job-site only, a clock-in from somewhere else is refused, and the worker sees why.
You get a heads-up when someone clocks in 500 meters or more from the job.
Automatic clock-in, only if you turn it on
On the Contractor plan you can turn on automatic clock-in for one worker at a time. It stays off until you turn it on, and the worker has to read how location is used and agree first.
After that, the app clocks them in when they arrive and out when they leave, between 6 AM and 8 PM. They get a notice each time and can undo it for 2 hours. A clock-in is never backdated. On Android it only works while the app is open, and workers who use the web app keep the one-tap prompt.
Lunch and overtime, set the way you pay
On the Contractor plan, workers tap Lunch and Back from lunch, and you set the lunch rules: a default lunch for the crew, or the crew lead enters 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Unpaid lunch comes off before pay. If nobody answers, nothing is taken off and payroll flags the day for you.
Overtime is yours to set on the Contractor plan: weekly overtime on or off, the hour threshold and the rate. Daily overtime after 8 hours is optional. Flat pay is the default.
Your crew sees their work, not your numbers
Crew see their own jobs, their own hours and receipts, and their own pay unless you turn that off. They never see profit, budgets, other workers' hours or pay, invoices, client payments or tax exports.
On the Contractor plan a crew lead can see who on their crew is clocked in and today's hours, never anyone's pay.
Fix a wrong day without a phone call
Forgot to clock out? The worker sends a Fix a day request with the right times. You approve it, change it or decline it. You can also fix hours yourself. A day that is already on a paycheck is locked.
Which plan has it
Free: 3 crew seats for clock in and My Pay. Pro: 10 crew seats. Contractor: unlimited crew, automatic clock-in, lunch rules, overtime and paychecks.
Questions
How do my workers get on?
Invite each worker by email for their own login, or share their personal worker link, which needs no login. Either way they clock in from their own phone.
Can a worker clock in from home?
If you set the job to job-site only, no: a clock-in away from the job is refused. Otherwise the clock-in is saved with the distance from the job, and you get a heads-up when someone clocks in 500 meters or more away.
Is automatic clock-in on every plan?
No. It is on the Contractor plan, it is off until you turn it on for a worker, and the worker has to agree first. Every plan gets the one-tap prompt at the job site.
Does it run payroll?
No. It tracks hours, and on the Contractor plan you record what you paid each worker. It does not move money.
What happens to location data?
While location tracking is on (it is on by default; you can turn it off in Settings), your crew's jobsite and supply-store visits are recorded. Raw location points older than 90 days are deleted every night. Hours and pay records stay.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Each worker picks their own language. Most screens switch; some screens and exports stay in English.
